Senator Tupa, chairman, called the Second Conference Committee on SB06-051 to order. Senator Tupa, reviewed the House and Senate actions on the bill. Senator Larson distributed CLSB051.001 (Attachment A) to the committee which offered provisions beyond the scope of differences between the Chambers. Senator Tupa declared this motion out of order.
