Representative Buescher, sponsor, described the provisions of HB 06-1400 concerning the interbasin compact charter and explained the charter was drafted by the Interbasin Compact Committee that was established in HB 05-1177. He also distributed Amendment L. 001 that appropriates money for the implementation of HB 06-1177 (Attachment A).
