The conference committee came to order. Attendance was taken, and a quorum was present. Representative Liston, prime House sponsor of HB 06-1273, explained Amendment L.002 (Attachment A), which amends the rerevised bill by adding language back in to make the priority order clear to those who read the law. Representative Terrance Carroll further clarified why it was necessary to add the language back in, and committee members commented.
