Senator Takis, chair called the meeting to order.

Senator Spence distributed proposed conference committee report CLSB 094.001(Attachment A). Senate Bill 06-094 concerns the regulation of motor carriers by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). She explained that the proposed conference committee report states that the House recedes from its amendment made to the bill and that the reengrossed bill be aedipted without change.
