Senator Boyd introduced her bill requiring prescription drug wholesalers to become licensed to do business in Colorado by the State Board of Pharmacy. She discussed the issue of counterfeit drug trafficking in the United States. She provided a handout and several amendments to the committee (Attachment B through I).

02:09 PM -- Linda Pryor, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, spoke in favor of the bill. She provided two handouts to the committee (Attachment J and K). She presented a video to the committee. She resumed testimony following the video regarding secondary wholesalers of prescription drugs. She responded to questions from the committee regarding diversion of certain drugs that are then repackaged improperly and sold.
