The committee briefly discussed the issue of the Colorado Constitution as the on document that governs the state of Colorado that was brought up earlier by Charley Pike. Mr. Pike explained that some people believe that their legislators are not proper residents in the state. He stated that those people believe that the real Colorado is what was imposed in the 1876 Colorado Constitution.
