Representative Frangas, sponsor, presented the bill creating a program for lower cost pharmaceutical drugs. He distributed L.001, a strike below amendment, to committee members (Attachment B). Amendments L.003, L.004, L.005, L.006, and L.007 were also distributed to members (Attachments C, D, E, F, and G).
