Senator Tochtrop, prime sponsor, said that the bill would expand authority to have simulcasting of greyhound racing. She said that the greyhound racing industry is struggling in Colorado.

02:08 PM -- Eric Morgan, Colorado Greyhound Kennel Association, said that the bill does not increase the number of days of simulcasting or the number of facilities. He supported the bill.

02:10 PM -- Dan Hartman, Director, Division of Racing Events, was present to answer questions.

02:10 PM -- Danny Williams, Wembley, supported the bill. He said that 120 days of racing per day is currently allowed. He said that the number of participants is declining in recent years.
