The conference committee on House Bill 06-1314, concerning a prohibition against certain employer communication to an employee, was called to order. Representative Cerbo distributed a copy of the proposed conference committee report CLHB1314.001 (Attachment A). He explained that CLHB1314.001 proposes that the Senate recede from its amendment made to the bill and that the reengrossed bill be adopted without change.
