Senator Tochtrop came to the table to describe the work of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Reform Commission, which met one time during the interim. She described testimony heard by the commission.

Senator Tochtrop responded to questions from the committee, including a question regarding whether other associations receive this tax break.
