Herrick Lidstone, Centennial, commented on his confirmation to the Securities Board. He spoke of the role of the Board. He commented on the need for investigators for the Board. He noted that there are approximately 200,000 broker-dealers registered in Colorado.

He spoke of the goals of the Board and their duty to protect the public. Senator Takis asked about the authority of the Board to access confidential information.
