Representative Merrifield, prime sponsor, reviewed the provisions of Senate Bill 06-069, concerning school accountability. He distributed several hand-outs (Attachments I, J, and K) and discussed the changes the bill would make to the school accountability reports. In addition, Representative Merrifield and Representative Benefield discussed the changes made in the Senate and the discussions with the Governor on the school accountability reports. A potential amendment was discussed.
