Senator Hagedorn asked the new appointees to the board, Richard Markley, Jeffrey Cain, and Rulon Stacey, to join committee at the table. Mr. Markley, Mr. Phillips, and Mr. Stacey introduced themselves and discussed their interest in serving on the Medical Services Board.

Senator Hagedorn asked the members of the board who were up for reappointment, David Bolin, Julie Reiskin, and Wendell Phillips, to join the committee at the table. Mr. Bolin, Mr. Phillips, and Ms. Reiskin introduced themselves, discussed their interest in serving on the board, and discussed current and past activities of the board. Copies of all of the appointees' resumes and application letters were distributed to the committee (Attachment A).
