Representative Gardner, sponsor, described the provisions of the bill concerning the requirement that gasoline contain a specified percentage of ethanol. He also described ethanol production in Colorado and the U.S.

Troy Bredenkamp, Colorado Farm Bureau, spoke in support of the bill and described factors affecting the price of gasoline that contains ethanol. He also responded to questions from the committee.
