Senator Sandoval, prime sponsor, reviewed the provisions of House Bill 06-1412, concerning the allocation of the tobacco litigation settlement revenues, and in connection therewith, increasing the allocations of such revenues for the read-to achieve grant program and the tony grampsas youth services program and requiring any such revenues not allocated to tobacco settlement programs to be credited to the tobacco litigation settlement trust fund.
