Representative McKinley, sponsor, described the provisions of the bill that continues the Coal Mine Board of Examiners. This bill was recommended at a sunset hearing of the committee on January 16, 2006.

Representative Hodge described the provisions of SB 06-34 that amends the membership requirements of the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority to include a member with experience in water quality matters. She explained that this bill was recommended by the Interim Water Resources Review Committee.
