Ms. Jennifer Moe, Legislative Council Staff, provided an overview of legislation pending in the 2006 session that may affect the committee, capital construction, or the capital development process. The committee was provided with a spreadsheet summarizing information about the bills and their impact, prepared by Legislative Council staff (Attachment C). Ms. Moe discussed attachment C, responded to questions regarding House Bill 06-1201, which changes the allocation of monies from the the Limited Gaming Fund, and explained the total financial impact of all of the legislation on the Capital Construction Fund.
