The committee returned from recess and Janice Baron, Legislative Council Staff introduced the drafters and editting team for the Amendent 42 Ballot Analysis.

Jason Schrock, Legislative Council Staff, summarized the provisions of the final draft of the Amendment 42 Ballot Analysis. He responded to questions from Representative May about the provisions of Amenmdnet 42 concerning adjustment to the minimum wage to address inflation.
