Sen. Grossman expressed concerns about --, this report requires minors to cooperate with law enforcement and medical at the scene in exchange for immunity for the charge of minor in possession. Sen. Johnson - what if they provided more information than required, info would still be admissible. Rep. McGihon - purpose of bill is immunity for minors to consider someone's medical state. Committee discussion ensued regarding what type of immunity would or would not be given and the extent to which the bill encourages cooperation in a law enforcement investigation. Sen. Bacon - concerned about a mass exodus when someone needs medical help because
