Representative Larson, prime sponsor, introduced Senate Bill 05-075 which would reimburse owners of storage tanks not regulated by the Department of Labor and Employment for the costs of correcting petroleum contamination out of the Petroleum Storage Tank Fund if the tanks are registered and in compliance with certain regulations. He responded to committee questions.
