Representative Schultheis, prime sponsor, explained House Bill 05-1242 regarding ballot issue elections concerning the Taxpayers Bill of Rights, Section 20 of Article X, of the state constitution. He said that he would prefer to go to witness testimony immediately. There were no committee questions.
