Representative Larson, prime sponsor, introduced Senate Bill 05-075 which would reimburse owners of storage tanks not regulated by the Department of Labor and Employment for the costs of correcting petroleum contamination out of the Petroleum Storage Tank Fund if the tanks are registered and in compliance with certain regulations. Mr. Gablehouse returned to the table to address the Representative Cadman's potential amendment to page 2, line 22 of the bill. He indicated that everyone participating in the negotiations of the bill have agreed to the date that is currently in the bill. Representative Cadman did not offer an amendment.
