Representative Coleman, prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 05-1352, concerning the security of communication and information resource in public agencies. Rep. Weissmann stated that the bill is on the table for testimony and discussion only. Action on the bill will take place at a later date, once the fiscal note has been completed, and possibly on the House floor at the microphone. She indicated that Henry Sobanet, of the Office of State Planning and Budget, as well as others, have worked with her on the bill. She responded to committee questions.
