Senator Tapia called the conference committee to order and asked Representative McFadyen to share her suggestion for an amendment. Representative McFadyen told the committee that it is her intent to have two members on the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System that are either from one of the 18 counties defined in statute as southern Colorado or be a graduate of Colorado State University at Pueblo.

MOTION:	Representative McFadyen moved that the conference committee report amend the rerevised bill to reflect that two members on the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System are either from one of the 18 counties defined in statute as southern Colorado or be a graduate of Colorado State University at Pueblo. The motion passed 5-0, with 1 excused.
