Representative Paccione, sponsor, presented the bill prohibiting unfair drug pricing. She answered questions about reasons for the bill, the Senate hearing on the bill, the bill's effect on the availability of prescription drugs, relevant federal laws, constituent experiences with prescription drug price gouging, the bill's reference to "unconscionable" drug prices, and the bill's effect on drug prices.

There were no witnesses who wished to testify.
