| MOTION: | Moved a conceptual amendment to reduce by two the appointments to the task force that are made by mutual consent of the Governor, the Speaker of the House, and the Senate President. The amendment also adds a provision to require one appointment be made by the Chair of the House Agriculture, Livestock, and Natural Resources Committee and one appointment be made by the Chair of the Senate Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Energy Committee. The motion passed without objection. |
