Representative Weissmann indicated he would work with the executive branch to ensure no conflict with Executive Order D 005 05 — Greening of State Government. Representative Kerr suggested a resolution first and a bill second. Representative Garcia requested a bill draft stating a resolution doesn't get you very far. Representative Weissmann requested a draft of a bill even if the committee may not go forward with a bill at its October meeting.
