Senator Anderson moved a friendly amendment to amend page 1, line 24, after "ANALYSIS.", add "THE GENERAL FUND IS STILL SUBJECT TO A LIMIT ON SPENDING; CASH FUNDS ARE NOT.". The committee discussed the Anderson amendment. The roll call vote on the motion was 10-4-4, and did not receive the requisite two-thirds vote of the committee to be considered approved. |
