Senator Roberts introduced herself to and provided an explanation of the committee's duties. She also explained the different forms for the public to provide comments on the Colorado Water Plan (CWP). She explained that the deadline to submit comments to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) is September 17, 2015.
