Representative Becker, K, sponsor, introduced House Bill 15-1313. The bill creates the Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) License Plate. The license plate will be available to any applicant, provided he or she makes a donation to support RMNP, on November 15, 2015, or when the Department of Revenue is able, whichever is later. In response to a committee question, she noted that RMNP feels the bill will encourage more donations to the park.
