Representative Becker, J., co-prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 15-1228. The bill, as amended by the House Transportation & Energy Committee, makes several changes to the administration and collection of the special fuel excise tax on liquefied petroleum gas, beginning in calendar year 2016. Representative Becker, J. distributed amendment L.007 (Attachment C). He explained that the bill fixes issues with the application of current law.

Representative Mitsch Busch, co-prime sponsor, spoke to the bill. She noted that the bill fixes issues regarding distributors.
