Senator Hill called the conference committee to order. Senator Steadman moved that the conference committee amend the reengrossed bill. He explained amendments to the bill that were made in the House. Committee discussion ensued regarding the felony offenses that disqualify a person from holding certain marijuana licenses. The committee discussed the potential confusion that could result if there are differing licensing requirements for the medical and recreational marijuana industries. Representative Klingenschmitt asked that the committee adopt the introduced version of the bill.
