Nicole Myers, Office of Legislative Legal Services, came to the table to discuss the committee's bill request and approval process. She referenced the request processes of the Joint Budget Committee and the Capital Development Committee, and made some recommendations for how the committee might request for bills to be drafted. Committee discussion ensued.
