Representative Ginal, sponsor, introduced Senate Bill 15-260. The reengrossed bill authorizes the creation of a medical marijuana testing facility license and requires that medical marijuana and medical marijuana-infused products be tested. The mandatory testing can begin due to the passage of House Bill 15-1283. House Bill 15-1283 created the marijuana testing reference library. A person with a financial interest in a medical marijuana testing facility license cannot also have financial interest in any other marijuana license type with the exception of a retail marijuana testing facility license.
