Representative Ardnt, sponsor, introduced Senate Bill 15-210. The reengrossed bill creates the Title Insurance Commission in the Division of Insurance (division) in the Department of Regulatory Agencies to serve as an advisory body to the Commissioner of Insurance in matters of title insurance. The division may aid in the administration of the commission. Representative Ardnt distributed a fiscal note memorandum (Attachment A), amendment L.012 (Attachment B), and amendment L.013 (Attachment C).
