Representative K. Becker, introduced House Bill 15-1192 to the committee. The bill expands the types of licensed premises that may be included in an entertainment district, allowing beer and wine licensees, manufacturers that operate sales rooms, and limited wineries to attach to a common consumption area within an entertainment district.

01:32 PM -- Corey Hoffmann, attorney for the city of Black Hawk, testified in support of the bill. Mr Hoffmann explained what the bill would do for Black Hawk and responded to questions from the committee.

01:35 PM -- Kevin Bommer, Deputy Director of the Colorado Municipal League, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Bommer responded to questions from the committee.
