Representative K. Becker, introduced House Bill 15-1192 to the committee. The bill expands the types of licensed premises that may be included in an entertainment district, allowing beer and wine licensees, manufacturers that operate sales rooms, and limited wineries to attach to a common consumption area within an entertainment district.
