Representative Vigil presented HJR 1006, concerning approval of water project revolving fund eligibility lists administered by the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, and explained that the resolution is a summary of certain water projects in the state of Colorado and shortly summarized a few of the projects.

03:50 PM -- Michael Brod, Executive Director Colorado Water and Power Development Authority, testified in support of the resolution and gave a short background to the committee. Mr. Brod explained various aspects of the resolution, including the description of how funds are used and how those funds are prioritized. Mr. Brod responded to questions from the committee regarding specific examples of water projects throughout the state, and gave some examples of projects that are currently being funded Mr. Brod also responded to questions from the committee regarding the loan payback rates for projects.
