Representative McCann, sponsor, presented House Bill 15-1365, concerning adding two youth members to the Tony Grampsas Youth Services Board. Representative McCann described the Tony Grampsas Youth Services Board and explained that the board, within the Department of Human Services, provides state funding for community-based programs targeting youth and their families. The board selects grant recipients and awards grants.
