The bill changes the prerequisites for an applicant seeking authorization to provide taxicab service, as required by the Public Utilities Commission in the Department of Regulatory Agencies within and between certain metropolitan counties (Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, and Jefferson).
