Ms. Hendrickson stated that the bill streamlines the administrative process for utilities to provide customer notice and does not limit notice or customer participation. Ms. Morgan also stated support.

Mr. Michael Harrington, representing Source Gas Distribution and Rocky Mountain Natural Gas, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Harrington stated agreement with prior testimony.
