Senator Martinez Humenik, Conference Committee Chair and sponsor of Senate Bill 15-085, concerning the expansion of the "Colorado Cottage Foods Act, explained why she requested that a second conference committee be formed to resolve differences between the Senate and House versions of the bill. She also presented the draft conference committee report CLSB 085.002 (Attachment A) that the Senate accede to the House amendments made to the bill with changes to the rerevised bill.
