Corky Kyle, representing the Colorado Charitable Bingo Association, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Kyle spoke about changes to the bingo industry over the past two decades. He indicated that the revenue from charitable bingo operations has been decreasing, as competition from private gambling organizations has increased. He talked about how such revenue is used by nonprofit associations. He expressed his opinion that the bill simplifies and streamlines the bingo industry. He responded to questions from the committee.
