Sandra Solin, representing the Colorado Technology Association (CTA), testified in support of the bill. She read testimony for Wendy Nkomo, the Chief Operating Officer for CTA. She discussed the nature of the CTA and the needs of the information technology (IT) industry in Colorado. Ms. Solin responded to questions from the committee.
