Representative Primavera discussed the concerns of the American Cancer Society and stated that the reengrossed bill accomplished a good compromise. Senator Nicholson discussed the testimony on the bill in committees of reference. Representative Stephens discussed her willingness to adhere to any length of parental permission between six and twelve months. Senator Roberts stated her preference for the rerevised version, which she believed lessened the administrative burden on tanning salons.
