Senator Tochtrop, chair, called the first conference committee for Senate Bill 13-025 to order. She introduced CLSB025.001 (Attachment A), which amends the rerevised bill adopted by the House.

Senator Tochtrop responded to questions from the committee and summarized the contents of CLSB025.001.

Representative Salazar asked a question about page 10 line 13 regarding the right of local governments to change their charters. The committee discussed regarding state regulations of local ordinances.
