Representative Williams, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 13-285 to the committee. Representative Williams discussed the provisions of the bill, which makes changes to the resolution of disputes in workers' compensation law. Representative Williams responded to questions from the committee.

Under current law, the authority of the Division of Gaming (division) in the Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) to license, implement, regulate, and supervise the conduct of limited gaming is set to expire after the current fiscal year. He discussed the provisions of the bill. Representative Pabon responded to questions from the committee on the fiscal note.
