Representative Rankin introduced his bill that allows a local government to analyze the local economic impact of any federal land management decision affecting federal land within its boundaries and submit its findings to the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT). The bill requires OEDIT to consolidate information from local governments into a single report for each federal decision. He provided a handout to the committee (Attachment C). He responded to questions from the committee.
