The committee returned to order. Mr. Bill Mansheim, Vice President of Finance and Governmental Relations, and Mr. Scott Travis, Director of Facilities Services, Adams State University (ASU), presented the university's FY 2014-15 state-funded capital construction request for the East Campus Renovation project. Mr. Mansheim first provided an update on the Richardson Hall Renovation project. Mr. Mansheim provided an overview of the East Campus Renovation project. Discussion ensued regarding the cost of the project. Mr. Mansheim discussed a controlled maintenance project to renovate the pool in Plachy Hall, providing background on previous efforts to renovate the facility and explaining the scope of the project. Discussion ensued regarding the cost of the controlled maintenance project, and other renovations made to Plachy Hall. Mr. Mansheim also discussed renovations made to the track and field facilities at ASU.
