Representative Hullinghorst, prime sponsor, explained that House Bill 13-1265 allows any business within an enterprise zone to be eligible for the new employee income tax credit (repeals and replaces the new business facility credit).

03:24 PM -- Mr. Kevin Tilson, representing the Office of Economic Development and International Trade, responded to committee questions about the state Enterprise Zone Program.
