The committee opened discussion on Representative Scott's bill that changes requirements for title insurance agents processing residential property transactions. The committee heard testimony on the bill on March 21, 2013. The committee had adjourned that meeting with a motion on the table to refer the bill to the Committee of the Whole. Representative Lebsock discussed a possible amendment to the bill.
